Explore peptide therapy →AEVUM approaches weight and metabolic health through more than the scale. We look at insulin resistance, body composition, resting metabolism, nutrition, muscle preservation, and the clinical factors that can make progress harder.
Our goal is not simply weight loss — it’s better metabolic function, better body composition, and a plan that supports long-term health.
Start with a Foundations ConsultSymptoms rarely exist in isolation. Hormone care at AEVUM considers the broader picture, including metabolic health, thyroid function, nutrition, sleep, stress, and appropriate testing before a treatment plan is built.
Whether you are navigating perimenopause, menopause, low energy, changes in body composition, or symptoms related to hormone imbalance, care is individualized and rooted in data.

Your history, symptoms, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and health data are reviewed together. Testing is selected because it can answer a clinical question — not simply because it exists.
This is a personalized, thoughtful approach designed to help uncover meaningful contributors to symptoms and guide a clearer roadmap forward.
Performance testing gives us objective insight into how your body uses oxygen and energy, while body composition helps track whether your plan is building the kind of health you actually want.
Whether your goal is improved fitness, better energy, healthier aging, or enhanced performance, this data helps guide more precise recommendations.
Supportive therapies can complement the foundation by helping with hydration, recovery, relaxation, and restorative time. Each option is used within the context of your goals, symptoms, and broader plan of care.
These therapies are not a substitute for the fundamentals — they are used to support and enhance them.

Peptides are not automatically better because there are more of them. At AEVUM, peptide therapy is used selectively, with attention to physiology, safety, goals, and the foundational factors that determine whether an intervention makes sense.
When appropriate, peptides can be valuable tools — but they work best as part of a thoughtful, individualized plan.
Taylor Gregory is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC) with additional board certification through the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), fellowship training in functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and peptide therapy certification through Seeds Scientific Research & Performance Institute (SSRP).
Her clinical background spans acute and critical care, pulmonology, chronic disease management, and geriatric medicine. It was her years practicing geriatric medicine that most deeply shaped the philosophy behind AEVUM. She saw firsthand how much of healthcare is often focused on managing disease after it has already taken hold — and how often there is too little time to ask what could have been identified, supported, or changed earlier.
That experience led Taylor to pursue advanced training in functional, integrative, and longevity medicine and ultimately to build AEVUM: a practice centered on understanding the whole picture before deciding how to intervene.
AEVUM is built on a simple belief: meaningful health optimization starts with the foundation.
Metabolic health. Hormones. Nutrition. Sleep. Movement. Stress. Recovery. Gut and immune health. These systems are interconnected, and symptoms rarely exist in isolation.
Taylor’s approach combines comprehensive history, advanced diagnostics, careful laboratory interpretation, and individualized treatment strategies to help uncover contributing factors rather than simply chasing symptoms.
The goal is not more testing, more supplements, or more therapies for the sake of doing more. It is to identify what matters, prioritize the right interventions, measure progress, and build a plan that makes sense for the individual.
Whether someone is trying to understand persistent symptoms, navigate hormonal changes, improve metabolic health, preserve strength and muscle, enhance performance, or take a more proactive approach to longevity, Taylor’s goal is the same:
To give patients greater clarity about their health, a thoughtful roadmap forward, and the tools to live better — longer.
